One-on-one or small group training is a perfect way to get more comfortable with the movements before entering into group training. The coaches at Ute CrossFit East Draper are dedicated to teaching you how to move and making sure you get a good sweat on. Personal Training can also be useful in helping you achieve a specific fitness goal. Trainer rates vary and rates are reduced slightly when you train with a friend or you commit to a specific number of Personal Training sessions.
