21-15-9 reps, for TIME, of:
Push-Up
Pull-Up
Handstand Push-Up

Scale pull-ups up to muscle-ups (preferably ring) for reps of 12-9-6 if possible.
Scale handstand push-ups to heavy dumbbell strict press if needed.

STRENGTH (time permitting):
6 Floor Presses
25 COS Reverse Flyes
15 Ab Fallouts

WEIGHTLIFTING:
1Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 OHS – RM; 1@85%, 1@90%, 1@95% of RM
