ANNOUNCEMENTS:
-Friday the 27th, Black Friday, there will Open Gym from 6-9am.  We will post a workout in case you want to do it.
-Saturday the 28th will be normal schedule with an 8am WOD/Lifting Session and 9am Back-to-Basics.

WOD:
“12 Days of Black Friday/Thanksgiving”
1 – 250 Meter Row/Ski
2 – Muscle-Ups/Pull-Ups/Ring Rows
3 – Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35)
4 – Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
5 – Handstand Push-Ups/Push-Ups
6 – Chest-To-Bar Pull-Ups/Ring Rows
7 – Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
8 – Single-Arm DB/KB Snatches (4/arm, either use your snatch kettlebell or your one of your thruster dumbbells)
9 – Toes-To-Bar
10 – Walking Lunge Steps (50/35 per hand)
11 – Dips/Push-Ups
12 – Man-Makers (50/35)

*Follow the movements to the tune of the song “12 days of Christmas”….
1 – 250 Meter Row
2 – 2 Muscle-Ups, 250 Meter Row
3 – 3 Dumbbell Thrusters, 2 Muscle-Ups, 250 Meter Row

Also, if it is busy, be patient and helpful.  Share weights and be happy.  Lets make this chaos slightly less aggressive than getting good deals at the stores today.
