Some WODtacular details….
We will begin at 8am. We will have 3 events. We will go from one to the other (providing time for multiple heats and for setup of the next event). If you can only make one event just come and get in whatever event we are doing at that moment. All events will be able to be completed by EVERYONE. Wear a costume if you DARE!!!!! No oly and back to basics today.
Thursday November 5th 6:30 pm Nutrition Challenge Kick off no WOD at this time. Please let me know and pay your entry if you are in by November 1st. I will then add you to the private facebook page where there are some instructions to follow and submit to that page.
WOD: 10 rounds (with a cap of 50 minutes), for TIME, of:
400 Meter Row/Ski
1 Legless Rope Climb/1 Sled Pull (As Close To Bodyweight As Possible)
5 Strict Handstand Push-Ups/5 Seated Strict Presses (As Heavy As Possible)
7 Ring/Stationary Dips/ Push Ups
9 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″)
