We offer a Free Introductory Session every Saturday morning at 9:00 am (except on major holidays). This is a great way to get a small taste of what CrossFit can do for you. You will hear a brief explanation of our programs and how everything works, we will answer your questions, and then do a quick workout together. You are welcome to just show up for this scheduled session, make sure to bring a water bottle and wear your workout gear.
You’re Ready to Go!
If you are ready and you want something more than a free intro class, join us for Elements. Elements is a training program covering all the CrossFit basics. You will receive instruction from one of our experienced coaches. Elements classes are small to ensure you will learn and become familiar with all of the movements while increasing your fitness level so you can easily acclimate to our group classes.
