If you can’t achieve a good workout with Squat Snatches, then instead of performing Squat Snatches/Hang Squat Cleans/Back Squat, you can perform Hang Squat Cleans/Front Squat/Back Squat. The idea is that the difficulty of the squatting movement lessens as you progress through the workout.
