WOD:
5 rounds, for time, of:
6 Front Squats (205/145)
8 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
10 Handstand Push-Ups/DB Push Press (AHAP)

Front squats are from the floor. Dumbbell Push Presses should be as heavy as possible in order to get strong enough to eventually transition to handstand push-ups.

POST (time permitting):
15 Front Rack DB Step-Ups/Leg
15 Single-Leg Hip Bridges/Leg
8 Overhead DB Sit-Ups/Arm
