•EMOM, for 10 minutes, complete:
3 Hang Cleans + 3 Shoulder-to-Overhead (AHAP)

•Clean & Jerk – 5-4-3-2-1

Find the heaviest weight you can do for 5 reps (you can drop between reps). Then increase weight for 4, increase again for 3 and so on until 1 rep.

•For time:
50 Calorie Row/Ski
40 Snatches or Cleans (135/95)
30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups ir Ring Rows
20 Strict Handstand Push-Ups or DB Strict Presses
10 Rope Climbs or 50 Toes-to-Bar or 100 Lying Leg Raises

•Row/Ski – 3×1,000 Meters/3:00 Rest
