ATTENTION: There is only one workout today at 8am (Weightlifting is still happening from 7-8am). After the WOD (at 9am) we’ll have a breakfast potluck to say goodbye to Rebekah Cole. Bring something breakfasty. 🙂

WOD: “Kelly” w/ Abs
5 rounds, for time, of:
400 Meter Run
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 Wallballs (20/14)
30 Sit-Ups

If your abdominal muscles are sore from the week and you feel these sit-ups will be the tipping point, then perform kelly without the sit-ups.
