There are multiple scaling options and abilities here and we can/will modify to have the greatest combination of fun and exercise.

For TIME:
30 Front Squats (185/155)
30 Shoulder To Overheads (185/155)
30 Cleans (185/155)
*EMOM perform 5 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

2nd WOD Option:
For TIME:
30 Front Squats (135/95)
30 Shoulder To Overheads (135/95)
30 Cleans (135/95)
EMOM perform 5 Pull Ups

3rd WOD Option:
For TIME:
30 Front Squats (95/65)
30 Shoulder To Overhead (95/65)
30 Clean (95/65)
EMOM: 3 Toes To Bar or 3 Burpees

Party WOD Option:
For TIME:
30 Front Squats (65/45)
30 Shoulder To Overheads (65/45)
30 Cleans (65/45)
EMOM perform 2 Burpees or 5 seconds of freestyle dance…it’s the party option.

Santa’s Helper WOD Option:
For TIME:
Eat cookies. Santa’s Helper is an option for people who want to be with a great community of people having fun but don’t want to workout.
