WOD:
In teams of 2-3, complete:
100 Burpees
200 Kettlebell Swings
300 Air Squats
1,000 Meter Row/Ski or 800 Meter Run (both completing this at the same time)
300 Air Squats
200 Kettlebell Swings
100 Burpees

*All teammates will row/ski or run together, but other than that only one person working at a time.
