Saturday, November 28th

-Saturday the 28th will be normal schedule with an 8am WOD/Lifting Session and 9am Back-to-Basics.

In teams of 3-5, complete 3 rounds each of:
30 Calorie Row/Ski
30 Burpees
30 Sit-Ups
30 Wallballs (20/14)

*Teams get one skier or rower and one wallball.  Teams must establish an order near the skier or rower and maintain that order for the entire workout. Athletes may not move to the next station until the athlete in front of them has finished their reps.
