WOD: In teams of 2, with only one person working at a time, complete:
1,200 Meter Run
100 Dumbbell Ground-To-Overhead
200 Squats
100 Burpees
1,200 Meter Run

*We can change the movements by adding weight (and possibly decreasing reps if that’s the case), substituting for other movements and just finding what will be a fun effective workout for you.  See you then 🙂
