60 seconds Kettlebell Swings
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds Push-ups
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds Box Jump Overs
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds Burpees
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds Sit-ups
Rest 60 seconds
** One person completes once movement, while they rest  the other completes that same movement continuing down the list and then repeating three times.
