WOD: 25 rounds, for distance, of:
15 seconds Row, Ski, Sled Push
45 seconds Rest
During the 15 seconds of work you should be killing yourself to get every inch you can. The rest is designed to be alot so that you can put full effort into every sprint. This is an important time frame and can display and train high power. This is the time frame that Usain Bolt runs his races (100 M in 9.58, and 200 M in 19.19).
