OPEN GYM – Pick something and get better at it.

-OR-

WOD: Every 5 minutes, for 6 rounds (30 minutes), complete:
400 Meter Run
6 Power Cleans (225/155) or Deadlifts (315/225)
Rest 2 minutes at the end of the 30 minutes, and then…
1 minute Max Cleans or Deadlifts (whichever was your choice)

Pick whichever lift you’d like for the wod. Also, feel free to change the lift to anything you’d like, have fun with your open gym option.

WEIGHTLIFTING:
2 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch (3 sec hold in bottom) – 1@70%, 4@72%+
Snatch High-Pull – 3@75%, 2×3@78%+
