OPEN GYM: This is an time where you can take a mental and physical “free day” to do what you are excited or driven about. Let a coach know if you need a bit of help, but you should have at least a skeleton of what you’d like to work on if you choose this.

2 Power Snatch + 1 OHS (3 sec hold in bottom) – RM; 1@90%, 1@95% of RM
2 Power Jerk + 1 Jerk – RM; 1@90%, 1@95% of RM
Snatch Balance (3 sec hold in bottom) – 5×2@75%
