21,15,9 reps, for TIME, of:
Deadlifts (225/155)
Strict Handstand Push-Ups/Dips/Push-Ups

Rest as much or as little between each wod, but if you are looking for a challenge, then complete Karen for time, and start Diane exactly ten minutes after beginning Karen. This will either encourage you to go faster on Karen to earn rest, or give you little to no rest if you take too long.
