Olympic lifting wod Tonight Thursday at 5:30 pm

WODtacular October 31st from 8-10 am no back to basics or oly that day just come throwdown with your Ute pals. Its going to be scaretacular.

PRE:
3-4 rounds for weight of:
3 lengths sled push (body weight)
15 single leg box squats each leg weighted if possible

WOD:
5 rounds for max reps in 2 minutes of:
10 DB ground to Overhead
10 Box Jumps
Max Burpees
Rest 2 minutes

Intermediate:
5 Rounds for max reps in 2 minutes of:
3 Hang cleans 135/95
6 Jerks
9 Front Squat
Max Burpees
Rest 2 minutes
