Starting Monday September 21st there will be new evening wod times. Join us for a 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 PM WODS.

Olympic Lifting starts September 26th Saturday at 7AM there is no normal wod time at that time. New Saturday schedule is 7 AM olympic lifting, 8AM Normal WOD, 9AM Back to Basics.

OPEN GYM – this is a time to work on whatever you want.  Have a good time, try new things and enjoy.

In 4 minutes complete:
500 Meter Row/Ski
400 Meter Run
Max Reps Push-ups
Rest 4 minutes and repeat for 4 total rounds.

4 rounds, for TIME, of:
500 Meter Row/Ski
400 Meter Run
20-30 Push-Ups (Fix yourself to a difficult, but doable number of reps.  You may also scale up to Ring Push-Ups.)
