Power Snatches (95/65) or Power Cleans (115/75)

Perform 30 Double-Unders or 10 Burpees in between each set.

POST:
3-4 rounds, for weight/reps, of:
8 Strict Presses
Max Strict Pull-Ups
20 Medball Lateral Tosses

Perform pull-ups on bar, rings or rope. Perform banded pull-ups if needed.
