75 Double-Unders
25 Snatches (115/75)
75 Double-Unders
20 Snatches (135/95)
75 Double-Unders
15 Snatches (155/105)
75 Double-Unders
Max Snatches (185/125) in remaining time.

Instead of Double-Unders simply perform Single-Unders for equal reps.

POST:
3-5 rounds, for increase in difficulty, of:
8 Push Press
10 Ring Rows
10 Strict Toes-To-Bar or Hanging Knee/Leg Raise

Take ring rows as low as possible and add chain as weight if you can perform them with feet supported on a sprinkler box successfully.
