Max Reps Bench Press (Bodyweight)
Max Reps Pull-Ups (Unbroken)
Rest as needed between exercises and sets to maximize reps.
In as few sets as possible, complete:
100 Bench Presses (Bodyweight, or as close to bodyweight as possible.)
Every time you need to rerack the bar complete as many pull-ups or ring rows as you got bench reps. Rest as needed to minimize total sets needed.
