CONDITIONING:
10 rounds, for TIME, of:
300 Meter Run
Muscle-Up/Pull-Up/Ring Row

10 Rounds of 300 meter run and ascending muscle-ups, pull-ups or ring rows. Perform 1 muscle-up, pull-up or ring row in round 1, 2 reps in round 2 and continue adding one rep per round until finishing with 10 reps in round 10)

STRENGTH:
Choose and work on 1-3 movements from the board with any time remaining.

WEIGHTLIFTING:
2 Jerks Behind the Neck + 1 Jerk – RM; 2@90% of RM
5 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk – RM; 2@90% of RM
Pause Back Squat – 4RM; 2×4@90% of RM

Try to beat numbers from last week.
