WOD:
AMRAP, in 7 minutes, of:
9 Hang Squat Cleans (95/65)
300 Meter Run

-Rest 4 minutes-

AMRAP, in 7 minutes, of:
9 Hang Squat Cleans (135/95)
200 Meter Run

-Rest 4 minutes-

AMRAP, in 7 minutes, of:
9 Hang Squat Cleans (185/135)
100 Meter Run

If mobility limits you with s barbell then use dumbbells. In regards to loading, the first weight will be close to your normal thruster weight. The second should be around where you normally power clean for workouts and the final is similar to what a heavy front squat workout would be for you. Thinking about these weights will get you into the ballpark of where you should be, but the final decision will be dictated by how you feel in the warmup.
