30 Double-Unders or Single-Unders
15 Burpees to 6″ Target
10 Clean & Jerks (95/65)
30 Double-Unders or Single-Unders
*7 Sandbag Cleans (150/100)
Perform sandbag cleans if possible. If they are out of your ability, then you’ll perform the workout without them entirely.
