In teams of 2-3, complete for RECOVERY/MOVEMENT:
100 Lengths of Sled Push
*The partners NOT pushing a sled will row, ski or run until it’s their turn. ┬áThis is just to allow you to move and recover from the last two days of work.

WEIGHTLIFTING:
2 Power Snatches + 1 Drop Snatch – 2@80%, 3 more sets as heavy as possible.
2 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk – 2@80%, 3 more sets as heavy as possible.
Front Squat – 3@75%, 3×3@80%
3 Snatch Push Presses + 1 Overhead Squat – 2@75%, 1@80%, 3 more sets as heavy as possible.
