2nd minute – 1 Sled Pull or Legless Rope Climb
3rd minute – 14 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

Snatch – 1@70%, 1@75%, 5×1@80%
Clean & Jerk – 3×1@70%
Front Squat – 3×2@70%
