2 Clean Lift-Offs + 2 Halting Clean Deadlifts (mid-thigh) + 3 Floating Clean Pull – 3 sets with heavy weight by feel
3 Muscle Cleans + 3 Press in Cleans – 3 sets moderate weight by feel
