STRENGTH:
EMOM, for 14 minutes, complete:
1 Squat Snatch + 1 Power Snatch

Add weight each minute. Start light and work up as heavy as possible.

CONDITIONING:
For TIME/LOAD:
1, 2, 3….10 Unbroken Squat Clean & Jerks or Squat Snatches (155/105)

Each set must be unbroken. If you break, start at the beginning of just that set.

WEIGHTLIFTING:
2 Clean Pulls + 1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk Dip – RM; 2@90% of RM
2 Clean Lift-Offs + 2 Halting Clean Deadlift (mid-thigh) + 3 Floating Clean Pulls – RM
3 Muscle Cleans + 3 Presses in Clean – 3 sets (choose weight by feel)
