Olympic lifting wods Thursday at 5:30 pm

WODtacular October 31st from 8-10 am no back to basics or oly that day just come throwdown with your Ute pals. Its going to be scaretacular.

PRE:
3-4 Rounds for weight of:
8 Deadlifts
3 Wall Climbs
30 second side plank each side

ADV PRE:
Deadlift 8,6,4,2,2,2 (start at 50% and increase if/when possible.)

WOD:
2 rounds for reps of:
4 minutes rowing/ski
3 minutes chest to bar pullups of ring rows
2 minutes shoulder to overhead 135/95
4 minutes rest

EXTRA:
Jerk 3,3,2,2,2,2,1,1,1,1 (start at 60% and increase if/when possible)
